In Diplomatic Divison you are expected to do your tasks. The task doesnt require much except for your hard work and dedication.

Diplomatic Etiquette
SECTION I - REQUIREMENTS OF AN NSA DIPLOMAT
Only NSA personnel are allowed to perform Diplomatic activities outside of NSA in fulfilment of their professional requirements.
Diplomats are expected to dress professionally (business casual) within an Allied HQ/Agency/ Even in NSA. The only exception to this requirement is if the Allied counterpart has set dress code guidelines for NSA members to follow.
SECTION II - EXPECTED CONDUCT OF AN NSA DIPLOMAT
Diplomats are expected to present themselves professionally when they are visiting an Agency and working in NSA, as well as show respect to all Habbos.
Diplomats must respect and adhere to their respective regulations when visiting an Allied HQ and NSA.
If NSA receives a complaint from an Allied/Agency counterpart because of a Diplomat’s behaviour, they are to bear full responsibility for their actions. Diplomats who, because of inappropriate behaviour, damage the reputation of NSA and its relationship with its Allies will be subject to disciplinary action.

Rules & Policies
- Trolling the task is a serious offence. If caught, they will face disciplinary action which may lead up to termination depending on the severity.
- Plagiarism, which refers to copying someone’s work and claiming it as your original work, is unacceptable. All information that does not originate from yourself must be given its due credit. Members who are caught plagiarising will have their task marked as invalid and may be subject to further disciplinary measures depending on its severity.

Infractions are the NSA's way of enforcing sanctions upon employees that need them.

As this is where you can really excel yourself!
We currently have 5 Special Units, they are as follows:
Transfer Unit (TU), Events Unit (EU), Internal Affairs (IA),
Foreign Affairs (FA), and Advertising Unit
The Transfer Unit is solely responsible for transferring non members to the NSA.
Their main role is to check if the transferee is eligible to transfer
And if the transferee is eligible, then offering them a rank.
The Events Unit is solely responsible for entertaining the entirety of the NSA.
They host games/events and so much more!
Internal Affairs are solely responsible for handling cases within the NSA.
They handle issues and try to resolve them coming to the best possible conclusion.
Internal Fairs members aim to minimize conflicts that happen within the NSA base.
Foreign Affairs are solely responsible for handling foreign and domestic affairs.
They are the people who handle business with allies and treaties.
The main role for Foreign Affairs is to maintain relationships and build new ones.
Advertising Unit are solely responsible in getting our agency “out there”.
They make sure our name is out there and people know that we exist!

5iC Leadership Tasks
As a Leader, you will be responsible for following all the rules - including Leadership rules - within the Code of Conduct. Ignorance is not a plausible excuse for the infraction of rules as an elective.

The following rules must be followed at all times:
- You must treat all staff (including standard ranks) with the utmost respect.
- As an Leadership, you are a role model for all NSA employees, so it is extremely important that you still FTF, FTS, etc. and directly communicate with lower ranks while in base
- Monitor the section of NSA you have been assigned to and act as a mentor if required.
- Follow all rules NSA obliges you to follow (Code of Conduct, etc).
- Keep friend requests turned on in order to be able to be reached by everyone.

- Create monthly reports on the trainings you hosted

4IC- Advisory Committee
As a 4iC Leader, you will be held responsible for your designated division. You must strive to continuously improve your division while working collaboratively and cooperatively with other NSA members to bring about changes that you see fit. You are expected to show maturity, dedication, and wisdom towards the agency as a whole.
Your Role as a Committee Cabinet
As mentioned before, each cabinet member should gather any and all information relating to their respective areas of the agency. This can be achieved through the use of gathering feedback in the form of meetings, questionnaires, forms, or polls every now and then. With this information, you are expected to solve or improve a given problem or issue related to your designated division. Here are a couple examples of the duties of a cabinet member:
Trial Committee Cabinet
All divisions are important to the improvement of the NSA. It is the duty of the Trial Committee Cabinet to assume the role of a vacant Committee Cabinet position (cannot change after decision is made - approval must be retrieved by the Directorates). If there is no vacant Leadership position - the Trial Committee Cabinet
will be working with a Cabinet of their choice or will temporarily take over a division if the Cabinet is on LOA (approval must be obtained).
Make sure the division that you are assuming the cabinet role of is running smoothly
Collect feedback and compile reports on your division to the Director(s)
Represent the views of your division at meetings
Make sure the members of said division are following the Code of Conduct and all guides applicable

They do also have the responsibility to make sure that every division within the NSA is running smoothly.

- Keeps record of every rank division
- Give tasks to divisions inside base
- Work alongside the Director & Co-Director of your unit
Trial Board of Directors As a Trial Board of Directors, you will have to prove the Directorates that you are worth the role of a vacant Board of Directors position (cannot change after decision is made - approval must be retrieved by the Directorates. You will be having the same duties as the other Board of Directors. You will be working together with the other Board of Directors by helping them when they may need it. If it happens that no other Board of Directors is in need of help, you can ask other higher-ranked members for tasks. - They are to learn and support the Board of Directors members within the 3iC division - Help AT LEAST one other Board of Directors member with gaining feedback for their monthly reports - Responsible to make sure that every division is running smoothly

Trial Executive
As a Trial Executive, you will be tested and have the time to prove that you are a good fit for the Executive Board division. You will be tasked with helping the other Executive Board members with their needs. They are also responsible for holding general meetings each week and gaining the proposals from the other leadership members (5iC - 2iC) by checking the proposal and then send it over to the Directorates or Founders after approval.

Trial Owner As a Trial Owner, you’ll be tasked with the same work as the other Ownership members, but you just won’t have a specific place to work at. You have your time to prove that you are worthy of getting promoted to a full member of the Ownership team.
